The dealer said he had a 2016 hybrid. I drove out there and then he said it wasn’t available. He tried to sell me a $40000 2019 hybrid. Bait and switch!!

Easy no-pressure purchase. Dont want extended warranty? Wasn't asked twice. No back and forth between salesman and finance office. No 4 squares on a piece of scrap paper. Only waiting I did was for legitimate DMV and insurance issues. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Didn't purchase a vehicle from them, but the dealer was very responsive to my inquiries about the car I was interested in. Pricing was competitive and quoted dealer fees were reasonable. Would recommend them for doing business.

The contract to purchase was being written up by the salesman and I was on my way to the dealership with a deposit when they sold it from under my nose. They knew that I was coming but did it anyway. This dealership is unscrupulous. The WORST!

They lied to me. They told me they were negotiable on a truck. I was to the point of getting the loan for the truck when they told me they weren't budging on the price of truck. Not trustworthy in my eyes, so ice moved on in my search

On time appointment, thorough test drive, kknowledgeable “ no pressure “ salesman. Very pleased with the whole experience. The truck I was looking at was not for me but I would def recommend the dealer based on how I was treated. :)

My experience was a nightmare I went to purchase a vehicle I was interested they tokd me I had to put down 5000 sown before they did a credit check. I found that very rare situation.

As others have commented, they pulled the old bait and switch. When I arrived to see the car at my scheduled appointment, it was already sold in an "after hours deal". Too bad, it was a nice car at a good price.

Actual car was not was described even after many emails and calls confirming it was before driving an hour to see it... flat tires so wasn't able to test drive when I arrived. Had to block number because they keep calling about interest in the car. Avoid this place.

My experience with Grand Prix Subaru was excellent! They responded immediately to answer my question. They also told me a number of things about the car I inquired about that I didn't think to ask. In the end I didn't make the purchase, but I definitely will look at their inventory when I do.

Excellent response time! We made a deal in less than 24 hours. Anthony and Matthias classy gentlemen ALL THE WAY. Professional environment, no gimmicks. Looking at making another purchase in the next year or so and I will definitely be coming back to Grand Prix Subaru.

They tried to charge me $1100 worth of bogus fees! After not liking the BRZ, I found a 2009 WRX. They took a $16,987 WRX and tried to sell it to me at $19,500!

They suck sold the truck while I was doing the transaction on the phone with the salesman I was working on a trade-in value on my truck sent my Vin numbers to get Carfax So I could get the truck the next day I have excellent credit and don't owe no where near what my truck is worth never again

Great dealership they took care of helped get me the lowest rate with my far from perfect credit. Their VIP package that came free with the car was an Extra bonus on top of the car being sold for $3,000 less then the market value. Was totally satisfied with my experience there and i would HIGHLY RECOMEND this Dealership. I love my 2012 pre owned Honda Civic i got from them

Received email that the car was available to see, drove 17 miles and when I went there they gave me an excuse that got a deposit already and that the cAr was at the mechanic shop (28000 miles on it needed mechanical check?)
