Went to view the vehicle specifically for a test drive. Arrived and was inform it had not been through safety check yet. Returned once again after that had been completed. Salesperson was very nice. Sales management and finance a whole different story. We were preapproved through our own bank, but dealership insisted they could get us a better rate. Left a deposit to secure the vehicle. When finance came back with a rate we refused, whole tone changed. Aggressive tactics telling us we had to come in by the end of the day with our own loan funded same day, because they had an all cash buyer waiting. I said no thanks no longer interested on principle and send email confirmation of my deposit refund. Yet to receive notification of refund in process and zero response. Take your business elsewhere. Also, their advertised price on CarGurus is less than what they have it at sticker at the dealer. Beware.

I was displeased with my time here. The staff member responsible for showing me the vehicle was not knowledgeable about the vehicle at all, albeit I was at a Volvo dealership. Unfortunately, the car that I wanted to trade-in for credit towards the Santa Fe was extremely undervalued. Even though they knew I came from far (they saw my drivers license), I wasted my time, just for them to call me back multiple times the next day wanting to reach the deal that could have been done that same day
