What’s New for the 2024 Porsche Panamera
Porsche gave the Panamera a mid-cycle refresh for 2024, which brings updated styling inside and out, a larger standard infotainment display, more available tech, and standard air suspension.
Design
The Panamera’s look has become less frog-like over the years, as it has picked up Porsche’s revised front-end styling and signature quad-LED daytime running lights. Though it’s a large car, the Panamera’s shape helps it hide some of the girth, and the unique fastback profile sets it apart in a crowded performance luxury car segment.
Powertrain
The 2024 Panamera comes standard with a turbocharged 2.9-liter V6 that makes 348 horsepower and 368 pound-feet of torque. An eight-speed dual-clutch transmission (DCT) comes standard, and buyers can choose between rear- or all-wheel drive (RWD or AWD). The new car picked up 23 horsepower and 37 pound-feet of torque over its predecessor, and can make the run from zero-60 mph in just 4.7 seconds with AWD. Porsche’s DCT cracks off shifts at lightning speed, and while it’s fun to manually shift with the paddles, the gearbox does a fine job when left to its own devices.

Interior
The Panamera seats four as standard, but buyers can opt for a small center seat in the second row. Partial leather comes standard, along with heated front seats and a leather-wrapped steering wheel. Leather, cloth, ventilated seats, massage seats, and more are available. Interior space is generous, especially in four-seat versions, and the large doors make entering and exiting the car a breeze. The front seats are a bit firmer than expected, but visibility is good, and the ergonomics are excellent.
Technology
Porsche equips a 12.3-inch touchscreen and a 12.6-inch digital gauge cluster in the 2024 Panamera. Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, SiriusXM radio, HD radio, voice recognition, four USB-C ports, ten speakers, a Wi-Fi hotspot, and more are also standard.
Safety
The Panamera hasn’t been crash-tested by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) or the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). It comes standard with adaptive cruise control, automatic emergency braking, forward collision alert, lane-departure warning, lane-keep assist, parking sensors, driver-attention warning, and automatic wipers. Available tech includes blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert, a night vision system, adaptive headlights, a surround-view camera system, and Porsche’s InnoDrive adaptive cruise control system.

Pricing and Release Date
Pricing for the 2024 Porsche Panamera starts at $101,550 and climbs to $108,550 with AWD. The automaker offers a staggering number of upgrade and color options, and buyers can add custom paint colors for a significant upcharge.
