2020 Audi Q5 (non-hybrid) makes ANNOYING noise when in reverse.
I test drove a 2020 Audi Q5 Premium Plus and was turned off by the *irritating noise* it makes when in Reverse. Has anyone found a solution for this vehicle?

The Audi Q5, a compact luxury crossover, was last redesigned in 2018. It moves into 2020 with some light updates. It competes with the BMW X3, INFINITI QX50, Mercedes-Benz GLC-Class, and Volvo XC60.
The Q5 comes exclusively with Audi’s 45 TFSI engine, which is a turbocharged 2.0-liter inline 4-cylinder engine. It’s good for 248 horsepower and 273 pound-feet of torque, which is enough to get you to 60 mph in 5.9 seconds. The brand’s Quattro all-wheel-drive (AWD) system comes standard, as does a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission (DCT). Fuel-economy ratings stand at 22 mpg city, 27 highway, and 24 combined with premium fuel. The Q5 offers 25.1 cubic feet of cargo space. With the second-row seats folded, cargo capacity increases to 53.1 cubic feet.
Audi splits the Q5 into Premium, Premium Plus, and Prestige trims. The Premium trim comes standard with 18-inch wheels, Audi’s smartphone interface with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, LED lighting, and keyless access and entry. The Premium Plus trim adds full LED headlights, a full LCD instrument cluster, and a panoramic sunroof. Finally, the Prestige trim comes with a power-adjustable steering column, a Bang & Olufsen sound system, and a head-up display (HUD).
Every Q5 comes with forward-collision warning and automatic emergency braking. The Premium Plus trim and above come with blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, and vehicle-exit assist. The available Driver Assistance Package, now offered at the Premium Plus trim, comes with adaptive cruise control, traffic-jam assist, and active lane assist. The Q5 earned mostly Good crash-testing ratings from the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) in 2019.
The Audi Q5 holds its own in the luxury segment, with plenty of tech, comfort, and good looks.

Great car! The Premium Plus trim line has just about everything you would need and want in a car of this type. I bought it a week ago and still learning to use all the features and electronics. Very comfortable with good visibility. The handling is incredible! It handles like a sport coupe, but has room for 5 and good space in the rear for your stuff. The Sport Mode setting makes it very quick and fun to drive! My last tests will be driving it in the snow and rain.Jun 23, 2023

The car was beautiful both inside and out, very sporty interior! Unfortunately i was not impressed with the drive quality of this particular vehicle. It drove very stiff and the seats were very uncomfortable and hard as well. The wheel was very loose too. I do not recommend this vehicle if you want a more comfortable, smooth and luxurious drive quality.Oct 25, 2021
