2013 es 350 lexus new 4 new tires just put on no no tire pressure recorded on dash tried reset bottom under dash still no reading all tiers replaced orginal tire size 235/55/17 set at 33 psi all checked spare set at 38 psi. Every thing working fine prior to new tires What can I try next

Why do dealerships list vehicles for sale and won't sell them for the advertised car gurus price? Dealership is mandating a $1500 warranty for 12,000 miles? I don't understand why that is not listed on car gurus.
I'm looking at a 2013 Lexus ES 300h with 86K miles. The car will be out of warranty this month. The hybrid inverter has been changed out recently. I've been watching the CarCareNut on youtube and he says they don't usually go bad. My concern is that if the Inverter needed replacing, could that have hurt the hybrid battery? The owner noticed the mileage has been going up since the inverter has been replaced and mentioned that the inverter may have been bad for a little while. Now I'm wondering if I should just walk away from this car or still consider it.
The lights, dash and other electrical come on when I push the starter button, but the car won't start. It does make a clicking sound like it wants to turnover, but it doesn't. The GPS screen comes on and it says not to turn the power off because the system is reloading. After it finishes, nothing happens and the car still doesn't start.
