2007 Camry Hybrid Battery Problem or Electrical Issues?

I have a 2007 Toyota Camry Hybrid with approximately 134K miles. The "Check Hybrid System" comes on along with "Check VSC system". The VSC system always comes on a second or two after the check hybrid system turns on. Lately, I have been getting anywhere between 32 and 34 MPG with my car. I drive approximately 1000 miles a week. The light usually turns on immediately after I start the car and while I'm backing up. They came on several times before and I usually go to the 12 volt battery in the trunk and disconnect it to reset the whole system. Then everything runs smooth again for about a week. The hybrid battery charges up to about 90% or level 7. For some reason, I never see it up to level 8 which is the highest. Do you think the hybrid battery needs replacement or the car has an electrical problem.? I live in FL and it's really hot nowadays.

Is 2007 Camry Hybrid front and rear $3400 Strut Repair costs with it?

now that the car is only worth about $3000 should I put $3400+ in repairs for struts front and back and brake pads? great car in great physical condition. I am 73 years old not keen on buying a new car if I can even find one reasonable without cvt transmission(which I don’t want) Never had to have hybrid battery replaced, engine to gas display still working fine. Have about 130,000 miles on it.

Check hybrid system

Car was parked outside during hurricane Ian. Not sure how high the water came up but The interior of the car was dry. The car would not start and the check hybrid system appears. The auxiliary battery (about a year old) was wet when I opened the cover - I assume from water blowing in through the seam in the bumper. I tried jumping it when it dried out with no luck. The car was running perfectly fine just - the hybrid battery was replaced about 4 years ago and the car was serviced within the last year. Issue is definitely storm related but not sure how the hybrid system could have been affected if the interior of the car is dry. Any ideas, looking into having the car towed but hoping it’s just something simple or perhaps just letting it dry out

Help with unknown wire

I have issues with poor engine performance and replaced. Maf, spark plugs, gaskets and and valve. Looking at manifold issues now. I removed my intake manifold and found this wire frayed. Could this be my issue? What does this wire do and can I repair or replace?
