My Maxima SE, with the valet sport front heated leather seats, heated steering wheel, BOSE sound and 18 wheels was one of the best cars Ive owned. Not bad in winter and very roomy, excellent for carrying four adults. Problem was I mostly drove it alone or with my 2 grader in the back seat so it felt rather heavy and too big much of the time...
Handling Ranked 2007 BMW 3 Series better.
"Its lighter and the suspension design is superior producing less body roll. Steering is more connected feeling and the sport seats hold me better."
Would Buy Ranked 2007 BMW 3 Series better.
"Trimmer, better handling, manual shift AWD coupe combination was exactly what I was looking for."

Nice Ride For The Price !! — I Love, Love, Love my Maxima !! I would reccomend taking the extended warranty IF you are going to keep your car past the factory warranty. It can get extremely expensive and the warranty costs outweighs the benefits at Nissan!! Check it out for yourself!!

    Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Almost as fun as my friend's BMW was to drive without the $$$$$ price tag!!!

Cons: required premium only gas, which can get expensive.

Solid Vehicle — fast, roomy, very reliable, sporty, looks good has two moon roofs it doesn't open though, but turning radius is the worst I've ever had, no bells and whistles, no nav or Bluetooth, lacks technology interior could be upgraded thank you

Impressed With Power And Comfort Of The Vehicle — The maxima is sporty and luxurious into one. I would highly recommend the car to anyone who is looking for a reliable automobile at a great price. I am 26 years old and use the car to drive to work and back. I purchased knowing I would have something reliable that would look classy at the same time.

    Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Car is an excellent family car with style, versatility, comfort, and power. Love how big the trunk is, love the bose stereo, and the acceleration and power.

Cons: Car has a bad turning radius, also should get better gas mileage. 22 mpg city, 27 on highway

Fun Car To Drive — I drove this car to 126,00 miles on it and unfortunately the transmission went out on it. I was told they used the wrong transmission fluid and the axle leak helped shake it apart. It's a nice enough car i am going to keep it to get the transmission fixed but i cannot drive it at present due to the unreliability of it. My opinion above is before the transmission issues.

    Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: looks great and drives smooth

    Cons: bad MPG

Excellent Car — I love this car. It runs smooth, has great get up. The car has not given me any problems since I purchased it. I could keep this car forever. The leather still looks like new and has a nice spacious interior.

Pros: I love the power, the heated steering wheel, the performance and reliability.

Cons: It has a poor turning radius

2007 Maxima Se With Nav System — Winter mountain driving is no issue for this car as long as you have the right tires, of course. The keyless entry system and various warnings to show open doors, tire pressure issues, and maintenance due warnings are a plus! This car handles great when driving in the city! Ok for a small family. Fits a child seat comfortably, with room for two other passengers in the rear seats. Multiple air bags and very safe overall.

    Primary Use: Commuting to work

    Pros: There's many:
-Heated seats, mirrors, and steering wheel.
-Memory seats and steering wheel for two drivers.
-Nav system and multiple safety warning alarms are integrated into system.
    -6 Spd Auto/Manual transmission
    -Auto dimming mirrors
-Bose sound system, 6 CD Changer, and Aux port
-Engine disabling alarm if left running and no key is present
-Auto locking doors can be set with a timer.
    -HID lights
    -

Cons: Not many cons except it could use a better turn radius and the interior could be a little more quiet.  Good tires can remedy the sound issue though.

07 Maxima... Enough Said. — A very surprising car that delivers a lot of power from the "VQ" engine. Solid construction, but I did notice a slight squeaking in rear suspension. With the fast acceleration, this car is really fun to drive. Overall one of the best cars I've ever owned. Nicely trimmed with goodies inside as well with the Bose Audio system, Power everything(seats, mirrors, windows. All in all a great car.

    Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: The get up and go is amazing.  I like that I can keep up, if not blow away, a lot of nice sports cars on the road today.  Coupled with the CVT transmission on the car, this keeps the power where it needs to be to plant you in your seat.

Cons: Gas mileage...not so good.  Also I wish the suspension was a little more stable in the corners.  Other than that the car handles like a dream.

Practical While Fun — I would say the car is all around nice to own and good for everyday use. The downfall is it makes really wide turns and gas goes quicker than id like to see it. I think the car would last a long time if upkeep is regular.

    Primary Use: Commuting to work

    Pros: Sport driven stylish sedan

    Cons: Poor turning radius

Smart And Sporty — I love this car! I enjoy the ride and the drive. I also love the heated seats and steering wheel. AWESOME sound system. It is very roomy but still stylish and fun. Would recommend!!! The sunroof/moonroff slides open on this model. You will LOVE this. Very nice!! Nissan is always quality.
