Good Basic Sedan With Comfort — This car is a sound basic sedan with a lot of room. Very economical on the pocketbook. The room in the back seats are astounding even with the front seats all the way back. The performance is OK, Road handling is OK. Repairs are not too bad.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Great economy for a full size sedan (28+mpg).  Great comfort.

Cons: Tinny, noisy highway.

Trustworthy Car, Gets You From A To B, Tough As Nails — It is a great, smooth ride. I got it used from my dad, but it was a fleet car for a company first. It is very big and for its size it has pretty good MPGs not the greatest but still a great car. It looks sharp and the seats and carpet are nice and last a long time. The only beef with this car I have is the the radio is very bad. But overall it is a great car! For sure buy.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Power,MPGs, and Looks

Cons: Radio

Eisa says:
Ive had 2 of them one 2004 and one 2007. Both needed a transmission rebuild at around 110k. As these cars age they are a huge money pit. But very comfortable and almost no road noise. Great cheap family car to buy but definitely not cheap to keep.

The car drives great, but there are a few quirks. The cup holder covers are hard to latch, I experienced this in several Taurus, and the touch screen lags in unresponsiveness. Read More
