My climate control wouldn't switch to defrost just comes out the dash. So i swithed the door regulator under the right side of the driver side instrument panel.it still didn't fix the problem so about a week later my blower motor was making funny noises and stopped working so i changed it out along with the blower motor regulator it is still not working i check all the fuses they tested they are good.what am i missing.
my son has taken his 2015 ford taurus to various mechanics that say they can fix antifreeze leak but after taking car in, they say they can't fix it. One place in particular trying to replace a lot of parts instead of going to the problem. It's hard to find right mechanic. Even dealership said they can't fix it.
2015 Taurus digital dash, all air only blows on defrost. checked the 2 actuators behind the glove box and 1 under drivers side, all are functioning correctly but still not floor heat. How many actuators are there? and where are they located? Which actuator is responsible to direct the air to the floor? thank you
When running the Heat or A/C intermitted clicks can be hear near the control panel. Sounds like cold plastic popping or cracking as it expanding. I have looked on different forms some say an actuator I don't know.
The wrench light and message popped up about 2 weeks ago and car started shaking really bad. We turned the car off for a few and everything went back to normal. Then 2 days ago I was driving down freeway at about 70mph and wrench light came back on and speed reduced slowly to 20max and wouldn’t go past 20 as well it was also shaking. I turned it off for a few and again everything was working fine. Took it in to shop that day just to see what was causing it. They have driven the car for 2 days and nothing seems to be wrong with the car. They have checked it and nothing. Any ideas?!? The two times that it has happened is when we press on the gas too fast all the way down. I’m just scared for it to happen again during me driving it in the freeway or something.
