Should Have Got One When They Were Available — Corners like its on rails - 0-60 under 8 secs and driven average in the summer months 40 mpg. who could ask for more. Well storage space would be a bonus. Driving to work is not a chore round twisty country lanes.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: FUN FUN FUN without the expense

Cons: no space

Handles corners like it is on rails except it is prone to lost of steering / hydroplaning on corners in wet conditions (no weight on the front end - rear engine) but recovers well. The only way to get the back end sloppy on corners is in gravel or dirt. The clearance is enough to make this fun and it can handle some rough spots with stock suspension. The air intake will suck in dust on the dirt which leads to scratched engine cylinders (loss of compression). It is worth it just for the fun of drifting this car. The engines are cheap - toyota Corolla engines are everywhere. Stock engine is enough to power drive without too many tickets (fast off the line but weak at max speed). It is not hard to replace (if you have those skills) but getting the transmission computer to realize it can be a challenge. The Synchronous Manual Transmission, is pleasant when working well and a nightmare when it doesnt. The sensors are no longer made, so every year parts get more scarce. When mine hits a big puddle, the sensor gets wet and locks up the car in 2ond gear (normal operation after an hour parked). So ditch the SMT if possible for a manual. The car is light and fast. It looks like the 2007 Porsche, and comperable off the line (toyota has less weight because of less bells & whistles) but slower at the top end. It is like flying a low altitude airplane... open cockpit on a sunny day.

Favorite Car I've Ever Driven By Chris
