Great truck, have had only one major issue, back axle locked up around 190K miles and sheared the pinion gear.
Cargo Capacity Ranked 2005 GMC Canyon worse.
"Larger towing capacity. Seemed like there was a lot more inside room. Better value and more truck capacity than the smaller trucks that GM and Ford put out."

Great Midsize Truck Overall For The Price — One thing that I liked about this truck is that it looks great. Another thing that I like is that this midtruck feels like I was driving a much larger truck. The truck has a strong engine and is reliable. The interior is very comfortable and nice looking.

    Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Reliable truck with a strong engine. Nice bold look

    Cons: non

Ok — I'm trying to get spare off and it won't be lowered to the ground as the manual says. Otherwise it is OK Just 69,000 miles. Front wheel drive went last year. Replaced this year under warranty. Love 4wD. Yes! Now what?

    Pros: Runs good

    Cons: Spare tire retrieval

Red, Slt, All The Chrome, Great Sound System, And The Truck Will Go Any Where You Ask It To.... — no dislikes, it was a least so after two years, i traded it in on a 4X4 SLT RAM 4 door HEMI, Curtice e of working at Chryslers, every year we got a new least, one year for her the next for me, weve had just about all of the line up and love every minute of it

    Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: SLT V8 4X4, EVERY OPTION AVAILABLE, Prefect wieght to engine power, took it up to Hermansville, Powers area, the first week i had it , to go deer hunting, and put it thru a the paces, some limb scuffs, biut we had a blast, mowing down 3'' tag alders, and a horn-a- copeia of big bucks

Cons: none, shift on the fly, and for a v8, the truck got between 18-25 mpg's

Great Truck- Ram Tough — Love the looks of this vehicle and price point is excellent compared to other crew cabs out there. It has been very reliable and the maintenance cost are reasonable. I found my F150 to be too large for around town and this is just the right size for me and has the same towing capacity as my F150 had. The gas mileage is about the same and par for any v8 truck. Love the heated seats in the winter. Never knew you could get cloth seats that were heated. Great feature I have not found on any other car or truck.

    Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Great power, very reliable and affordable 4x4. Great midsize truck. Found Tacoma too small and my Crew Cab F150 too large. So this is a really good fit.

Cons: Gas mileage but about the same as the Ford F150 I had with the smaller v8 engine. Like the Dakota power and size much better.

Power To Spare-magnum V-8 — Big truck power-Sport truck handling-Luxury car ride. Was sister's truck and she passed on. Being a constant reminder, it needs to go to someone that needs reliable power and dependability in an American made truck. 18 mpg average for this one. It accelerates very quickly with power to spare.

    Primary Use: Family transportation

    Pros: American steel-Dodge!!!

Cons: jap mileage better but once a beer can for a few more miles per gallon.

Smooth, Powerful Truck — For the first vehicle I bought myself, it was a great truck! I play a lot of hockey and travel all around the midwest, and having all that cargo room was very efficient. The ride is super smooth and it felt good to be a little bit bigger than all the rest of the cars on the road. Highly recommend this truck to anyone.

    Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Great for moving, long trips are comfortable, transporting hockey equipment is easy.

Cons: Fuel economy isn't the greatest
