Great Car — Even the older Lexus models, mine is a 2003, which is now 12 years old, stands the test of time. A reliable, attractive car. Never use alcohol based wipes on the wood steering wheel like my son did because it creates a filmy cloud over the polished wood portions.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Good power. Reliable vehicle.

Cons: Occasional electrical issues

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: great on gas its an extremely smooth ride on the highway and in the city

Cons: it lacks the power when you step on the gas it almost has a 2 second delay till the power kicks in

All Around Solid Car. — The Lexus ES300 is a very reliable and safe car. It also has a sleek look to it. Lots of room on the inside for a midsize sedan for stretching out on long trips. Speaking of long trips, the ride is super smooth. This car is a top choice for a family car.

Primary Use: Family transportation

Pros: Feels luxurious even if the car is 10+ years old.  Just broke 100,000 miles and still driving strong.

Cons: Perhaps not as aggressive or as sporty as a young, ego-driven guy would like.

Love It — Over 170k miles and is operating great. The car has been extremely reliable. Window / door seals on driver's door are leaking slightly, contributes to wind noise sometimes, but not all the time. Might have to do some A/C and transmission work soon.

Pros: Over 170k miles and is operating great.   The car has been extremely reliable.

Cons: Window / door seals on driver's door are leaking slightly, contributes to wind noise sometimes, but not all the time.

I love it! Had a 2014 just like it. The only feature I dont like is the mouse pad replacing the turn knob; it is so hard to navigate. Also, the screen is overly complicated but Im still learning. Read More
