The 2002 Dodge Ram Cummins is a highly sought after vehicle especially for someone looking into a manual because they were the last year of the2nd generation body but the first year they ran the 6 speed manual option. The 24 valve 5.9l engine is one of the best engines Cummins has designed bringing torque and fuel economy to the 3/4 ton and 1 ton lineupJan 19, 2021

Plenty of power and towing ability. The truck falls apart around the Cummins and the rest of the driveline. Dodge needs to redesign the entire truck part and leave the drivelive alone. Its fun to drive with the 5 speed and has the power to outrun most of the lil rice rockets and piss em off. Overall its a great truck just mainly the interior is junk.

very fast truck no speed limiter. good brakes when hauling trailers. rides like a tank though. this truck has needed repairs to drivetrain but it was drivers fault everything broke lol. this truck will get 26mpg on the highway and with the cheaper cost of diesel it almost pays to drive it. this is a very fun truck to drive turns alot of heads.Apr 01, 2010

This 2002 Dodge Diesel has 293,000 miles on it without any major problems! It was used as a company truck to pull empty trailers around America. Recently i have added stickers and plates to the truck (not in the picture). But the durability of this truck is amazing. It has tons of power!!! I have a 140 hp chip in my dodge, and i believe i got this truck for a hell of a price at just $7,500! This is currently used as a school truck and is getting around 15mpg around town! The truck is very fun to drive and i recomend it to anyone looking for a great truck.Dec 21, 2009

My dodge is my daily drivier and its quaility is pretty good. The performance of my dodge is probably around 450 hp. The fuel mileage is great it gets around 23 miles to the gallon. My dodge is fun to drive especially when people tailgate ya because to can make them disappear in a cloud of black smoke.Nov 09, 2009

Hello mates. I've got a truck that would blow your mind.
The
peformance the Cummins pushies out is amazing like the
overall Horsepower and TORQUE. It is sure a fun to drive
especially when you roll COAL on somebody. Once i rolled
coal on a BMW 650li convertible (with the top down) and
made him gag like he was in a coal mine! I sure got the
truck for a GREAT deal. It had 74,100 when i got it. I
paid 15 Grand for it. Most Dodge Cummins Trucks on
Craigslist have 125k or more on it and sold for 15+K.
That tells you how great the engine is. IT IS ONE TOUGH

Overall, very good truck. Love the power of the Cummins engine, but wish it had an automatic. Getting tired of shifting. Oh well, I'll get that when I get a crew cab. Needs more go fast goodies, but have a few already. If I can make 500 hp and get 20 mpg I'll be happy. I know it can be done but it takes too much money. Jan 17, 2009

Hands down the best truck I've owned to date. Get tired of shifting but the Cummins engine has more power than I need. Plan on putting a programmer and more go fast stuff soon, but working on getting it looking good right now. Looks good rollin' on dubs! Turns heads everywhere it goes. Looks good, sounds good with the 6" exhaust, and smokes out the bikers and convertibles at the touch of the throttle. What more fun do you need.Dec 20, 2008
