This car is nicely styled and still commands many compliments. The power driver seat makes it a very comfortable vehicle for long drives and the power lumbar support and wrap around sides of the seat back also gives added long distance comfort.Jul 17, 2014

I love the Sound, Style, and Power of this car. Even when the car is parked you are still grabbing people attention. Can be hard to work on yourself unless you have an engine lift due to tight spaces in the engine bay. Dec 24, 2013

I loved everything about this car! Launch speed. Head jerking tire gripping power!!!! The AWD amd 4 wheel steering are excellent. It's a very wide car with excellent traction. I wish the was body kits for it! You can't even get Euro tail lights.Jul 30, 2012

Firstly - don't buy this car if you don't have the money to maintain it, they can cost a fortune!
Secondly - don't buy this car if you think it's going to be the quickest thing on the road!

Acceleration is amazing. It handles great thanks to the AWD and brakes work
great too. Awesome car I'm always having people check it out. I love driving it.
The only thing that sucks is that it uses premium and doesn't have the best

Great for shock value since the car is so rare. Steering is a 9 out of 10 and so is traction and control factors. Parts are expensive to replace but there are lots of optional mods. Car is a must have for a weekend driver and for summer fun.Oct 19, 2010

speed of 155, four wheel drive, four wheel steer, active suspension, active aeros,
twin turbo charged V6 3 lire engine.

I bought my car used this year, it has minor problems with it that are really easy to fix, this car is definatly not a family car, there is barely any trunk space, and the back seats are a joke. Although these few things are not really a plus, I won't give this car up, at least not in a REALLY long time.Jun 10, 2009

It's a very quick and uncommon car. Some verions, including the UK version like mine, has 320bhp with the 13g turbos as standard. Most only have 280bhp and the smaller 9g turbos. The car is very heavy but the active suspension and 4-wheel steering make the handling excellent. The acceleration is excellent all-round and, as you would expect from 4WD, off-the-line acceleration is hard to match. The brakes let it down a little and not good enough for aggressive driving like on a track but those can be upgraded. mpg 26-28 on a 80% motorway journey doing the speed limit. Overall: modern M3 performance except without the huge road tax and price tag.Jul 31, 2008

What causes a screeching noise when I accelerate past 40
I just bought a Mitsubishi GT 3000 today, an (impulse/desperate need buy.) I test drove it in a neighborhood and all was fine. When I got on a road to accelerate, between 35-40, on the highway also, it made a screeching type of sound coming from the driver side front tire. Could this be a brake issue or something worse? It was sitting for a while before I bought it, I just need to know some opinions before I spend a stupid amount of money on something that isn't the problem. No auto shops around me are operating at the moment and I'm a basic car guy, can only fix basic things. Let me know

What can cause a grinding sound from a front tire in a 1996 Mitsubishi GT 3000
I bought a '96 Mitsubishi GT 3000 today. I test drove around the block only due to a small time frame but all was well. It was a (impulse/desperate need of a vehicle buy) great price and good looking car. My question is, when I started driving it back, there was a grinding/screeching noise coming from what sounded like the driver side front tire when I was close to 40 mph and above, even on the highway. It faded out a little when I was going around 80. Could this be a break issue? Or some type of bearing or axel thing? Auto shops are closed around me due to the Covid situation. I can fix whatever it is but just don't want to spend money on guessing what the problem is. The brake pedal gives just a hair but that could just be a brake fluid issue. There's a little vibration in the steering wheel as well, but it has been sitting for a while before I purchased. I need some input. Please and thank you!

Hi Im planning on buying a 1996 mitsubishi 3000gt from a private owner. He's selling it for $500 which is amazing. But the only problem is that the timing belt broke so it cant start. Do i have to replace the entire engine or is it a simple fix? I would like to know before i buy it.

Clutch goes to the floor
My husband thought I needed a new clutch but we realized that the reservoir is empty. Can you just fill it back up? Do you have to bleed it.. if so how? He seems to think it is alot of work and specialized tools.. I would like my car back..
