I have two 1994 ford ranger xlt trucks. One regular cab. One extended cab. Extended cab is good condition. Other than the auto trans is toast. It has the 3.0 auto. The regular cab has the 2.3 5 speed. Question is.... Can i swap the 5 speed trans from the 2.3 into the 3.0 auto truck. Reason for doing this is because i hit a deer in the regular cab. Any insight info and knowledge is welcomed
I removed the original 94 engine from the truck and am currently working on the 96 engine. The problem I have right now is with the crank shaft sensor, which has a different hook up and position in the 96. Does anyone have any advice? Is there some kind of adapter I could use? The 94 sensor has four wires going into the plug, but the 96 has only two. Thanks for any advice.
These are the power source wires coming from the main harness of the Alternator going towards the fusebox and battery. I have no idea where the Alternator Connector plugs go. Please help
