Bmw E36 - The Car With The Soul — The car is old but in realy good condition. It's from the times when BMW was at the very top of car industry. It's from the times when cars head/have souls. The echanikc of this car is very simpel, I do my oun mantainenc so tere is practikly no cousts. I make about 50.000km per a yera and so far no problems. The accelerations are a litel bit on the slow side, it has only 140 Hp and about 1300kg, but it reches about 220km/h so that is not too shy =), I also have a diferental lock so I can have some drifting fun. It may sim a litel bit weard but non the less that car is low on HP it can drift even with 225 tires in the rear. Naw I have a famely and stil I use this car. I can also put a baby carige in the trunk with no problem. To make the long story short, this is a rely greaight car, I wold not change it for anything =D

Pros: The looks, the mechanick, the way it's build, the way it drives

Cons: Just that tiny litel bit more power ....... culd be nice =D

The Ultimate Driving Machine. It's Not Just A Slogan. — There's a reason it's called The Ultimate Driving Machine. The handling is just phenomenal. The looks can't be beat, the E36 is gorgeous. What else can you say about the iconic 3 series? The 3 series is the backbone of the Bayerishe Motoren Werke!

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: It's a BMW, what more can you say?

Cons: The rear suspension and brakes need upgrading.

Great Car And Lots Of Fun! — I own a 1993 BMW 325IS. I love this car, the handling is top notch, braking is perfect, and the acceleration is much faster then my previous owned 1990 525I. This car has the M3 body kit, Halo Headlights, Carbon Fiber Taillights, Racing Mirrors, Dinan CPU Chip, Transmission Chip and AC Schitzner Gauges. The gas milage is excellent getting 23 MPG in the city and around 28 MPG on the Highway. This car is a blast to drive and always a head turner, highly recommend!!!

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: BMW-Ultimate Driving Machine and Sheer Driving Pleasure

Cons: No reason to avoid

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Worth All The Money Given For It And Put In It — performance- the car runs very good but is missing a bit horse power for my taste, braking and handling is ok as it does not have the new electrical assistance so all is on the driver Build quality - quality parts and it will last Appearance- without a doubt excellent looking car Cost of Ownership - depends how much and how u drive but it can take a bit more fuel easy Fun Factor - very fun to drive, runs smoothly

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: same model 318is might be a better solution, or 325

Cons: I would take a larger engine, but thats just me

Actually Prefer The Old Girl Over The Newer Luxurious 3's, But Would Die For The Current Engines. — This ride was the proverbial little old ladie's car before my son Evan and his friend Joey got their hands on it. Now she sports Bilstein coil-overs, Conti Extreme Contacts, freeflow air intake , headers and sport exhaust and looks and runs like the classic she is. Built prior to traction control, she wears four (4) Nokian Hikkapeliitta 2, T-rated directional snows here in our northeastern Ohio winters and follows in the tracks of her predecessor, an Audi A-4 Avant Sport never missing a beat. This one's a keeper. Good girls don't come cheap!

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Comfort, speed and safety make it a fun all-around daily driver with an attitude.

Cons: It's red and attracts my local law enforcement friends.
