Love my Trooper! Her name is the "Black Stallion" She is very reliable and has close to 300,000 miles (279856) and still runs strong!! She is a great climber! This SUV is just AWESOME!! I keep your well maintained and she tows other newer model SUV's HA.. What! he heh! She also has a Killer Sound System! Nov 27, 2010

Looks outdated now,heavy on fuel 20-24 mpg. Quite slow really untill you are on the motorway then you can give it some welly, but will cost in the long run with watching the fuel-gauge go down. Nice and comfy on long runs, but wanders a little when you are'nt taking particular notice. Will cruise all day at the motorway maximum speed limit, and has a lot more left under the foot if needed.Dec 27, 2008

No power to injectors
I have a 92 trooper that was running fine. One day it would not start. I checked all fuses and wires and found no voltage to injectors. While trying to trace down the no voltage issue it started and ran fine for a day. Now it is back to no voltage to the injectors. It has spark/power to ignition control module. Power to fuel pump. No power to fuel injectors. Does anyone know how or what pins to test on ECU for the fuel injectors?

Squeaking after a turn
1992 Isuzu bighorn - makes squeaking sound during and after turning. Sound goes away after going straight for some time. Initially thought problem with belts as previously sound appears when starting. After belt replacement, sound appears only during and after turning. Does this indicate power steering problem? How can it be fixed. Thanks folks.
