The coupe was available as the ST, with a 1.6-liter, 103-horsepower engine; or the GT or GT-S, both of which had a 2.2-liter, 130-horsepower engine. The hatchback came as a GT or GT-S, and the convertible as a GT. The high-end model, the all-wheel-drive All-Trac, came with a 2.0-liter engine sporting 200 horsepower.

Hi! I have a 1991 Toyota Celica with 237k miles. I have an issue where once my car is warmed up from driving, upon next startup, the engine tries to peter out unless I give it gas for a few seconds. Never has the issue on a cold start, or when I'm starting my car for the first time of the day. I replaced the starter just to be sure (because it did have an electrical noise, but regardless the thing had been ready to go.) Any input helps!
why is my "open door" light on after I make sure it's closed. Also door beeps repeatedly even when I'm out of the car and the door is closed. It also doesn't allow me to lock it. Acts like key is still in the ignition when it's not.
I's like more power. I currently have a 1.6litre in it .
Has to be jumped to start and going down the road it decides it's going to die
it is getting more difficult each day to start via clutch lockout. Need to know where the switch is located and replacement procedure if necessary, and maybe bypass if an option. tnx, mike
