Legacy Turbo First Generation — This car is everything you would want for a weekend car and are super reliable and cheap to fix! The acceleration is super quick with 186 pounds of torque. Also the suspension handles great around turns and in winter driving the AWD keeps you safe.

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Very light and agile

Cons: Gas mileage is on the low side

Ok For Smaller People. — I can go mudding in this car so it is a very fun car. It performs fairly well, and does not cost too must to maintain, Alexis is 20 years old and still going so it is built very very well. Only has 76,000 miles on it.

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: Her name is alexis.

Cons: Im too tall i must open the sun roof to drive

Maroon 1991 Turbo 4 Dr Legacy — This car is lots of fun to drive! It only has 120,000 original miles and the interior and exterior are in good condition. (It has a WRX interior) The car performs well but it needs some transmission work. (My son, who competes says it needs a manual transmission)! Get's good gas mileage!

Primary Use: Commuting to work

Pros: It's fast and it's fun!

Cons: Guys always want to race me on the street...

1991 Subaru Legacy Ss — It's a 3200Lb. car, which is ok. The AWD is amazing, very hard to break the traction on snow and ice. The turbo in the car is on the small side (IHI VF11), but the parts from newer Subaru's fit this car :D. It sucks gas, but that's relative to my current boost level XP Umm...I'm not sure what to really say... If you've been in a Subaru, you know what my car is like. Oh, My car has a closed deck design and forged internals with Aluminum pistons from the factory...One thing an STi doesn't have :P

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: 5spd, turbo, AWD

Cons: It's kinda rare, nobody knows what the hell it is, the previous owner was a dumb ass.

Nice Performance Oriented Family Car — Performance: Even as stock, has more than adequate performance to hault the family and the dog around. Build Quality: Very solid build. Appearance: Doesn't catch the eye. Nicely "stealthy". Cost of Ownership: Cheap'ish to run, but the ever present demon of "more power!" has it's effects on the wallet due to constant performance upgrades. Not very fuel thirsty either despite of the size and engine. Fun Factor: Lots. Power and all wheel drive. Unbeatable combination!

Primary Use: Sport/fun (spirited driving, track racing, off-roading, etc.)

Pros: Roomy, performance, reliability, all weather abilities

Cons: None

1991 Legacy Ss — It handles well, has plenty of power, is inexpensive to drive, gets gas mileage from 19 - 24, and it is really fun to drive. It has only needed minor repairs that were fairly inexpensive. It is hard to come by parts for it since they were so rare, so I think that is the only downside.

Pros: Fast, fun, inexpensive to maintain.

Cons: If something breaks, it's hard to find the right parts.

91 Legacy — My family has owned this car since we bought it back in '93. For an economy car, i find it's quite comfortable and good for long trips, as it's quite quiet. The engine is a boxer, need I say more? It takes what I throw at it and begs for more. The engine/tranny has 270K miles on it. The tranny shows its age, but the engine runs fine (minor oil leak). The car is 17yrs old and has 270k on it, and the body shows its age, rust breakouts are a major issue, especially around wheel-wells. There are a few rattles as well, but nothing horrible, just old trim that's not as snug as it used to be. This car handles well, in my opinion, being its an economy car. Mileage is usually 23-24, on a mix of city/hwy. Overall, the car is reliable and easy to drive.

Pros: 270k miles, comfortable, handles well

Cons: RUST, aging transmission, AC won't charge as cold anymore

Where The Car And The Driver Act As One You Do Not Have To Ask For The Make, It Is Subaru!!! — Was my first and the best car that ever I owned..my feelings is for that car can not be decribed by words...It sticks on the road, never misleads, unbelievable balance and control and has no digital helpers to keep you on track. It was a car beyond its time and I still love it!

Pros: Never leaves you in the lurch (even you break its one of the axes),incredible AWD system, even you could drive it on the air. Capable lots of things that an off-road SUV could not do...amazing performance on water, dirt and mud, snow and ice. The vehicle for all conditions that you could imagine...

Cons: For the newer models Subaru should had been followed this cars properties! Unfortunately it is history.

The Battlewagon Didn't Get Its Name From Driving On The Road — i go offroading with this car, do doughnuts in the show, beat the hell out of it all day every day, forgot to change the oil for 20k miles, and this car will not die. its also pretty quick and does real good in dirt and mud. even hit a tree at 15mph without damage

Pros: indestructible, lots of room & visibility, good stock speakers, engine sounds awesome, very easy to work on, cheap & available parts

Cons: gas mileage kind of sucks, mine's an automatic
