The Turbo Chrysler — What a crappy piece of American engineering. The Lebaron had a 2.6liter 4 cylinder that made crap for power. The thing took like 15 seconds to get to 60 and was just crappy. Needless to say, it was a great 1st car. Even though it blew a head gasket, the carb was messed up, and it leaked like theres no tomorrow. Pros: Convertible, could keep up with Gladdens grand am from a 45mph roll Cons: Anything faster than 45mph, it was ungodly slow, leaked oil, leaked coolant, top leaked when it rained, floor leaked water when you went through puddles, no a/c, etc. ![]() Looking for a Used Le Baron in your area?CarGurus has 19 nationwide Le Baron listings and the tools to find you a great deal. |
