This is my 4th Chrysler convertible, 1995 with 30,000 original miles , grandkids love it, I enjoy the top down over top up, I get conversations from other drivers at stop lights and slow cruising, brings memories up for others of good times. Wish it had abs as a standard not an option, You must have 1 car length per each 10 miles per hour to stop safely.. the rear suspension is a little loose goosy on handlingApr 12, 2023

Lebaron's '87 to '95 classic "wedge" design is still an eye-catcher. Handling is stabile in spite of the missing metal roof structure. Low end torque is plentiful, surprising more than a few sport-sedan drivers at the stop lights.... in 1st gear at any rate.
Brakes offer a solid feel; stopping distance is acceptable for a non anti-lock system.
The GTC is an enjoyable ride, as a daily-driver or top-pulled-back cruising. 'Still gets looks from younger folks 'cuz it's just old enuf to be unfamiliar. Stock V6 motors built like titanium, run forever.Mar 09, 2014

Great performance for engine size. Good gas mileage. It's fun to drive with the top down. Needs new top, paint and interior. Still a good car, last year they were made. We are the only owners, other than cosmetic work it's been treated well.Aug 28, 2010

i love this car. the oerformance is great. it has needed repairs but i got it used. the interior is comfortable and very nice and the exterior is very sleek and fun. the gas milage with mine isn't so good but it still needs a few repairs that may help with that. and as for how fun it is to drive, it is a blast. i love having the top down its so much fun to have the wide open scenery all around you.Aug 25, 2010

It was a good car and very cute. It just started to fall apart, prolly cuz of age. It was pretty quick too for being a LeBaron. I loved that it was a convertible aand prolly the cleanist one in Colorado.Nov 13, 2009

rear windows dont work and the welds on the bottom hinge of the passenger side door have snapped so the door is unuseable but other than those little things it is fun, easy and it has some pretty good get up and goOct 16, 2009

1995 Chrysler Lebaron convertible won't go in reverse and will only go forward a few feet then stops.
A family member has a 1995 Chysler Lebaron Convertible which has been well maintained & serviced at the dealership. Car has a little over 100,000 miles. Car now will not go in reverse and will will only drive forward a few feet then stops going forward. If you shut the car off, wait a few minutes and restart the car, it will do the same thing. Any idea's as to what is the problem and how much it would cost to fix it?
