The G6 has great mid range acceleration and OK top speed with the limiter set to 120 mph for the 2005 and 2007. Panoramic sunroof is a great feature but is problematic. Handling is a dream with 4-wheel independent suspension and with great tire that car is nearly impossible to get it to trouble. Gas mileage is great with numbers varying between 25-31 mpg. The build quality is great for a first year car. I really enjoy the stock stereo which is unbelievable for stock. Its just overall fun to own and even more fun to drive.

I really like my car. I bought it almost 5 years ago new. I've not had many issues but now I have a huge one and that is the panaramic roof. They only made them for 2 years because the wear out. I am in the process of having mine replace (very expensive). The glass is warped and there is none in stock so it is being manufactured. I have no idea how long that will take.
Pros:
Everything except the roof issues.
Cons:
The roof!!!!

Nice car overall. Some little issues with the ignition socket for the key. The trunk is huge but the top part is designed so that if you open it when there is snow it will fall down in the trunk. 9.2 L / 100 km in average, better for highway than city driving.
Pros:
It's a nice car to drive and own overall
Cons:
It could be better equiped for the price

i love my car! it rides great and i have over 65,000 miles on it. the cigarette lighter recently blew and i cannot locate the fuse to change it. someone please help..
Pros:
the computer in the engine died on me at 52,000 miles. cost a lot to replace.
Cons:
beautiful..we have the fully loaded g6 gt..very impressed

Overall, this is a great car. The trunk is adequate although not if you need to transport anything like a chair or furniture.
Pros:
Fast, handles well, looks cool, great stereo, good brakes, leather is awesome, heated seats in winter are awesome, comfortable seats, fog lights add more light for nighttime driving, seats 5, sunroof, OnStar, steering wheel audio controls, cruise control
Cons:
The stock battery was a piece of junk....once it was replaced, I had no more problems. If you slam the accelerator there's some torque steer.
