3800 or 3100 engine swap??

i kno that the 3800 is a better swap, but which one will have less mods required?
My fiero is currently running the 2.5l with a 5spd trans.  i have no plans on beating
this car so will stock tranny be keepable.  Id like to kno an approximaite cost that
this swap will take and where is a good mechanic to do it in the wisconsin, iowa, or
illinois??

the 3800 will be better, no compartment mods and you can use the same transmission since you five the five speed, plus it has more power and you could use the gtp motor and have the supercharger
