Very easy to deal with and it was truly a great experience.

I was pleasantly surprised with how smooth and easy this was! I did an accurate description online and got my quote, scheduled a pickup time, the VERY nice gentleman came and did a thorough inspection from hood to trunk. After about 30 mins he was done, I electronically signed off on everything and that was it! I signed up for direct deposit and my money was in my account the very next morning!! I would DEFINITELY use them again to sale and maybe even purchase a vehicle now!

The process was seamless and very easy. I contacted CarGrus online regarding the sale of the Nissan. They responded within seconds with a great offer. There were (4) other offers from competitors. Only one close to the offer (CarMax). However, decided to go with CarGurus and it was the best move. Everything was simple and very streamlined. I would recommend CarGurus one thousand percent!! If you are selling your auto, make them your first choice. You will not regret the option. And by the way, extremely prompt with the payment for deposit.
