I had a very good experience selling my car with CarGurus. Initially had some worries on my check payment whether I will get what they promised for or not. But I got whatever it got estimated for initially and the amount got submitted after couple of hours of selling. Overall process was smooth and easy.

The process was simple and easy. They came to my home, looked at the car, signed the papers and got my direct deposit within a day. Ceaser who picked up my car was very professional.

I cannot say how much I was surprised at the way this sale of my Nissan went. It was the best experience and no dealing with salesmen. They were courteous on the phone, they offered a great price, and when they came to pick up the car they the courier was knowledgeable and courteous. I would do again in a heartbeat with car gurus.

I cannot say enough about the easy and smooth sales process I had with CarGurus. It started with a great online offer experience that yielded a much more reasonable price offer than I got from competiotion (CarMax, Carvana, and local dealers). Only minor mishap was a call I got after I accepted the offer. The CarGuru person on the phone asked me to finish the process as if I did not already do so. Car pick up was well performed in full coordination with me and in a professional fashion. Finally the check cleared fast and without a problem. I will certainly use CarGurus again!
I believe I could have received a better price only by a direct sale via social media marketplace -- something I had no interest in doing.
