I made an error in submitting the paperwork that you needed. When I made contact on how to correct my error, I talked to several people who didn't seem to be aware of each other, and their responses didn't really match. You might improve your internal communication. Other than that, it was great.

I’m pretty satisfied with the sale of my 2014 Ford Explorer sport to CarGurus . It was unbelievably quick and smooth, had the car picked up at home and paid the next day. Hopefully this takes the place of having to sell to dealerships completely. Highly recommend it.
