This was my first time in this type of transaction. The offer was fair, they kept in touch with me throughout the whole process and there is a customer service number to answer any questions. I had the money in my account the same day and the loan was paid off 4 days later.

I honestly can’t believe it was this simple to sell my Jeep. We’re moving into the city and I didn’t want my beautiful Jeep just sitting in a parking garage, but I also didn’t want to let it go for way less than it was worth. CarGurus quoted me over $3k higher than anywhere else, including the local dealerships. It took a week and a half total from my initial search on their website to getting my car picked up and the money hitting my account. Cannot recommend this service enough. 10/10
