Right price and communication

I was pleasantly surprised by the offer price for my '18 Ford Edge after a dealer, in response to an online inquiry, low-balled me. In fact I was skeptical it was a genuine offer but it all checked out. CarOffer, CarGuru's purchasing arm, led me step by step through the process. They had me send photos of various vehicle angles and components, and of the title. Someone came to check over the vehicle in my driveway and do a short test drive, clear instructions on how to prepare for the transaction were priority mailed, and close to the scheduled time two men showed up in a vehicle, completed the purchase with a check for the offered price, and drove it away. The check fully cleared my bank in one week.

Easy Process

Process was easy, received my first cargurus offer and waited a few days to think about it and then received a second offer which I could not turn down.

Process is quick and easy, just a few pictures and video and offer was confirmed and pickup date set. Communication was great, driver picked up my car, verified paperwork and I received my payment that day.

Tips! If you decide to sell your vehicle, they will send a lemon mechanic to check! But after that everything goes quickly a good experience.
