Overall, a very efficient process and easy to accomplish. A few glitches with technology, but the customer service staff was very helpful. I was very pleased with the process.

I was truly worried about this and somewhat still am. The process was great. I just wish they would have told me how long certain things take.

CarGurus bought my car! I was fearful of a scam but this worked like 1-2-3! They gave me the highest offer, too. Two dealerships, and two other direct competitors were insultingly low. My 2015 Hyundai Tucson had only been driven 6,600 miles a year and was worth a premium that CarGurus recognized. Payment was in my bank the day after car pickup. Wow!

The sale of my 2019 Dodge Charger SXT AWD, was a very simple process, there was not a whole lot to have to take care of. The team at Car Gurus were very professional and courteous, also the amount they gave me was better than expected. Overall excellent experience.
