It was an easy process and they offered the highest purchase price for my GLC 300 . I’d recommend using them to family and friends.

They send me the best offer and they pick up my car, I just uploaded my docs from my phone and set up appointment for the vehicle to be pick up at my convenience, so really easy.

The selling process went extremely smooth, pickup was arranged for 12-2PM, but the pickup driver had contacted me earlier and said he was available to pickup the car sooner. Upon arrival the driver took many pictures documenting the cars condition, he then sent me an email to docusign the bill of sale. Afterwards he was off with the car, I chose direct deposit as payment and I received payment before EOD.

CarGurus offered me more than other websites and dealers in my area. I'm not going to lie, I was a little skeptical at first but it went so smooth I would do it again 100%.

Overall I can't recommend CarGurus enough if you're looking to sell your vehicle, the process was extremely smooth, driver was very professional, payment was same day, and customer support was top notch!
