Was a bit skeptical, it being first time trying this. I had a loan on my vehicle. Wanted out of those payments. Car Guru quoted a better rate than every other online seller app. It was enough to pay off the loan and still left me a couple thousand dollars towards my next vehicle. I accepted the sale. A rep came to pick up. Bank received pay off amount and I received the difference. Everything was done within 2 weeks. No gimmicks, no hassles. Very easy.

I don't typically do reviews but I have to admit that going with CarGurus was the right choice. First, CarGurus offered the best price for my vehicle and was over $2k higher than the Carvana sight. Second, they made the process very easy and totally on my schedule. I had a small amount of a loan payoff and that was handled with no issues.
