Very easy to sell your car, from the start to finish they will instruct you the whole way.

As simple as can be

Selling the car was easy and I got what a good price on it. The pick was easy as well.

1. CarGurus offer was $2000 -$4500 above competitors (Carvana, Vroom, CarMax, Truecar)
2. Accepted CarGurus online offer and completed online documentations
3. Picked delivery date (1 week later for work commute)
4. CarGurus packet arrived few days before pickup with instructions, Fed Ex envelope and check in sealed envelope
5. Driver called 30mins prior to arrival, arrived and inspected car, waited for my email confirmation, loaded car onto dolly and *poof* were gone.

Check was not a cashiers check which meant waiting 5 business days for it to clear at my bank. I did sweat a little but was too busy with real life issues. :) Check cleared today exactly 5 days later.

Overall, I had an EXCELLENT selling-my-car-to-CarGurus experience and wish you the same too!!

The process was painless and they had a check on the spot for the balance after my loan was paid off

They helped me through the whole process and they done a great job

Was seamless!! Everything went as they predicted from the offer they gave me. Car was picked up by a very nice woman and the money was in my account by the next morning. No hassles whatsoever. Everytime I called customer care they were very knowledgable and courteous.
