I sold my car at CarGurus. Their quote was higher than others. App is easy to use, just enter car info and took pictures/vids of it and schedule pickup day. Meanwhile cargurus assigns mechanic to inspect your car. I chose wire payment which I received a day after my car was picked up. Overall the experience selling car online was pleasant. Hopefully new owner will take good care of my car. Highly recommended to use CarGurus!

We sold our car to CarGuru. The process was easy to follow and although it took longer than I expected, it was completed on time.
The only complaint I have was the final instructions and package were not detailed enough.

The CarGurus gave me the best offer over the dealership where I got my new one from. The service was very smooth. Although there were a couple of issues when they updated the offer and during pickup process, the customer service was really responsive and quickly addressed the problems. I received my payment in one day. Highly recommended!!

After a simple call, and with little bother, I sold my car for a good price. I provided information and sent pictures online. Car Gurus provided an offer, sent someone to check out the car, then sent drivers to pick it up, drivers provided a bill of sale, check was deposited as was promised.
