I was quite satisfied with the entire process. The Cargurus representatives I spoke with on the phone and the people who came to pick my car were super helpful and nice.

Went on car gurus “just to see” an offer, entered my VIN, (its on your dash looking through your windshield) and was pleasantly surprised by the offer. I decided to sell and it only took 2 minutes to finish the process.
