To easy. I still can’t believe how easy this process was. I have dealt with Carmax in the past and they take so long while you sit and wait. This was nothing like that. When the driver arrived at my house on the day of my scheduled appointment he was here for less than 5 minutes and he gave me the check and he left with the car.

Cargurus were easy to deal with, process was simple and straightforward. Quote was good and the team that picked up my car we’re friendly and quick. Overall great experience.

I asked for a price from CarGarus and from one of your competitors. You responded quickly with a firm price that I found very acceptable. Your competitor's adds said that they would respond with a price to purchase my auto but instead they just referred me to a car dealer who wanted me to bring the car to them (50 miles away) so that they could appraise it.
I accepted the CarGarus' price and 5 days later you picked up my car and gave me a check for my equity.
