The process was as easy as the CarGurus television ads proclaimed when I decided to sell my car. I entered my information online with some pictures and received an immediate offer. I was then able to choose a date for them to come pick it up. Very efficient, low stress process.

I listed my car on Craigslist and didn't check my e-mails for a few days. Once I did look I had so many people to reply to that I got discouraged. Some seem like scams others lowballed their offer price in e-mail. I really didn't want to bother at all. I saw an offer from CarGurus that I also did not respond to at first. I think 2 weeks went buy when I responded to the very reasonable offer from CarGarus. The process was fast and simple they bought the car sight unseen based on the photos in my ad. I could not believe how easy it was and that I did'nt have to deal with the general public. I later got a text to move the pick up date to a few days earlier for +$250 more. Too good to be true waiting for the bonus check.

I was nervous about signing my bill of sale before my check was actually “activated” BUT everything went through as promised. I received a higher amount than all the car dealers were offering, even higher than blue book. I was always able to get a hold of a rep when I had questions. I was impressed with the whole Cargurus process and would do it again.
