The entire process, communications, etc. made the sale of my Honda Element, of which there was loads of fond memories, very easy. No dealing with individuals in a private sale. The offer was fair and when the time came for the vehicle to be picked up by the third party individual, he didn’t realize that my check was in the package and took it with him. I contacted CarGurus about the check and they overnighted it to me and apologized. The entire process preserved the fond memories of a fantastic vehicle.

Car Gurus gave me the best price, and was the most organized with arranging for the mechanic and pickup. The folder they sent had all the pertinent paperwork. Took me awhile to get through all the required photos to load, but the photo site had good templates that you just laid over the required part of the car.
