Expert review
With the redesigned 2021 Cadillac Escalade, the automaker addresses criticism leveled at the previous version of the full-size luxury SUV while advancing the model in terms of design, quality, and technology.
Youthful aspiration often translates into adult acquisition. When the first Cadillac Escalade went on sale and quickly became an American popular culture icon, the oldest Millennials were just getting their driver’s licenses, and the youngest weren’t born yet. Today, this “digital native” generation raised on rap music is turning 40, moving to the suburbs, and raising families. Plus, it is poised to inherit a reported $68 trillion from Baby Boomers by 2030, the largest wealth transfer in modern history. Despite suffering through the Great Recession and now a global pandemic, will Millennials spend their passed-down windfalls on a six-figure full-size SUV that gets 16 mpg? Some will, and in so doing, they’ll get a mighty impressive and technologically sophisticated, fifth-generation Cadillac on 22s.

What owners say
"Overall, owners are thrilled with the 2021 Cadillac Escalade, praising its technology, build quality, and stylish design. Many reviewers find it to be a significant improvement over previous models and appreciate the luxury it offers. However, some feel it doesn’t fully deliver on the luxury aspect compared to competitors like the Navigator, and the high price tag is noted as a downside."
The Escalade is the Flagship of Luxury. Plain and Simple. "Get one" or "Get out the Way!".
May 22, 2025It's amazing like tech on wheels. Endless features and options. Air cooled seats throughout vehicle. Retractable rear windows. Not alot it doesn't have. I'm going to enjoy my new Escalade.

December 10, 2024The BEST! Top of the line suv on the market
January 2, 2023This is a nice riding SUV. It has the smooth ride that my Cadillac CT6 used to give for me. The 2021 Escalade has so much technology, which is a good thing, I think as a boomer, it will take awhile to learn it all. I have only had my vehicle for less than a week but, already I think that it may be one the best one that I have ever owned. Lets not forget that it turns heads also. The looks...priceless.
February 19, 2023Awesome features, excellent value. This car is missing a chauffeur. Nothing
April 1, 2021Amazing ride and build quality. Great and seamless new technology.
January 9, 2022Excellent vehicle! I love the features and overall look and feel. I am a huge fan of Cadillac and my next one will probably be new. That is the only way I can improve my experience with this vehicle.
December 7, 2023Great feature options, fully meeting and surpassing our expectations. High price tag, but worth the price if youre wanting a full size luxury vehicle.
