vehicle looks good and has good power,it has pleny of space for 5 adults and good cargo space.the 4wd system works great.the vwhicle is clean inside and out and is a good color combo.the only down side is it only gets 15 to 18 miles per gallon of gas.Apr 25, 2014

build quality is above average cheap plastic interior,the stain repellent seats
are awesome. the performance for how heavy the truck is is acceptable. i
have the 3.7 liter with 210 horsepower. the acceleration isnt the greatest but
its not a race car.the appearance is the best part of the dodge nitro. the 20
inch wheels with the low profile tires look sweet and black and chrome just
really make it pop. im not sure yet on the cost of ownership only had it a few
months. im getting a steady 19mpg and can go 320 miles on a tank of gas. i
run valvoline synthetic oil in it and have nitrogen in the tires. the fun factor is

When driving my nitro revs to over 2 rmps sometimes 3 and isnt changing gears. Transmission fluid is full done at a shop. Some ppl say transmission some say a little plastic pink item in the shifter. It is automatic. I have only had nitro since nov 2016.
