Why my car drift stops it way that I turn
So when I turn to the left my car asked and Chris to the right when I'm only doing like 25 mph I don't know what's causing this

Toyota first targeted a more youthful market with the addition of the Matrix in 2003. They followed with this unique new make in 2005. Toyota shares its sales lots with Scion, offering younger buyers, many first-timers, a hassle-free experience and a highly customizable car.
The tC is differentiated from the xA and xB by a more traditional design. It is only available in one trim, with either a four-speed automatic or five-speed manual transmission. A three-spoke steering wheel with audio controls is new for 2006, as is a Pioneer sound system with an MP3 input jack.
Although the tC is available for less than $15,000, a myriad of standard features is included. The tC comes equipped with ABS with Toyota's Electronic Brake-force Distribution, one-touch power windows, keyless entry, air conditioning, cruise control, and the aforementioned Pioneer system. There is a wide variety of dealer-installed upgrades, mostly geared towards the appearance and the sound system.
The tC shares a power plant with the base model Camry: 2.4 liter DOHC inline four, with Variable Valve Timing + intelligence. This engine delivers 160 horsepower and 163 pound-feet of torque, and it is paired with a five speed manual transmission. Fuel economy with the five-speed is 22/29 mpg, and slightly better with the automatic, at 23/23 mpg.

This car saves lots of money on gas. Great for day to day commuting. The back seats recline and fold down for large item storage. I would highly recommend this car for those who are on a budget. Overall Great Car!Feb 14, 2015

Extremely reliable and handles well. Looks great with tinted windows. Very safe car (rated excellent) with front and side curtain air bags on both sides. Very good acceleration. Front seats are very comfortable. Stereo system is good for a factory install.Aug 28, 2014

Awesome vehicle, fun to drive, great handling, feels safe. I love the appearance of the car both inside and out. I felt like it came with many features although it was a base model. Car is good all around but don't let it sit around. You have to drive it. Alot of room for a car this size and the back seats recline and are comfortable. It is easy to drive and see. It's style holds its own. May 15, 2012

Peppy, fun car...very sporty
Nice tinted windows, cold air intake....which increased my gas mileage.
Handles well, Less cost of ownership due to great gas mileage.

I love this Car I found out that there are not may Turbocharged Scions in the Northeast, there are more supercharged ones made by the Toyota TRD, so I call mine a one of a kind. It gets little pricey with gas cause I use premium grade. I love to challenge other cars that are rated higher than a Scion tC stock usually there in for a surprise. I like the my cars sleek black look, it's really awesome when the 'grandpas' that are into the muscle car era ask me questions about it cause it looks nice. Oct 21, 2010

Handles wonderfully, easy to modify, looks nice, comfortable ride.
No issues with car, just regular upkeep.
Good on gas mileage. Does take full synthetic oil and high grade fuel however.

Great reliability - Toyota under the hood :)
Decent performance.
Build quality is OK - hatch rattles in the winter months. Moonroof has a lot of wind noise in the winter. Less in the summer.
Cost of ownership = low - it's a Toyota remember.

Did everything it should have - great mileage, good performance, good brakes, good gearbox, good suspension. Built like all Toyotas - very strong and dependable.
Very economical to drive with minimal maintenance costs.
Good dealer service.
Good Panasonic stereo.

I love all that you get. Power windows, door locks, and steering. Keyless entry, one touch power windows for drive and passenger side, abs, tilt wheel, cd/mp3 player. Disc brakes all the way around. A nice 2.4l motor with a 160hp pretty good performance coupled with decent gas mileage. All around you get a lot with out having to totally break the back, I would recommend a Scion Tc to anyone. I am very happy with my car! You have a toyota basically so you know the build is solid and it's going to last a long time while keeping a high resale value. Love my Tc! I call it my Tide Car (Roll Tide!!). It's large than the average coupe. No one has ever complained about not having enough room in the back seats, even with three people sitting back there! It looks great, and not mention performs like no other in its class. The 2.4 litre in-line 4 is a good perfect size engine or a turbo, though stock it is still pretty quick. The car is basically a blank canvas for any car junkie. The possibilities are endless with what you can do to this car! And just to add to the great things about it, the gas mileage is great! 22 in the city (depending on how you drive) and about 28-30 on the highway. I love that i turbocharged it.it's honestly 100X faster then it was when it was stock. it's a great car but honestly lacks power at this alltitude. The car rattles a lot in cold weather. but that is to be expected of a car with an all glass roof. Only the front section of the roof opens.Oct 14, 2008

I put a cold air intake into it and I hope to soon add a cat back system (injen or magnaflow), then subs at some point, and obviously a radar detector...:) Definitely a fun car to drive. * Performance: Most fun car to drive I've ever owned. The 2.4L I-4 gets respectable gas mileage (25/30) and has a ton of hp/torque for its size, stock (160hp/165tq) which makes is a blast to rock around. (Plus, the mods I've done help out even more with the tq/hp and throttle response)
* Build Quality: Best quality I've ever had in a compact car - far superior to even my dearly loved 2000 Honda Civic EX, and I'm pretty sure a lot of that has to do with the fact that it's built 100% in Japan. (The Civic was built in the US)
* Appearance: I really like it. Looks great to me!
* Cost of ownership: Haven't spent any money on maintenance besides oil, which could be due to the fact that it's got less than 30k miles on it. =)

Great little car for the price. $17,000 for all this? Auto up/down windows, power locks, immobilizer, keyless entry, two sunroofs(one opens like moonroof), 17" inch alloys, 160 horse 2.4 liter, 23/29 mpg. Good handling. Decent acceleration. Do the math. No other car gives you this many features for such a low price. Gorgeous wheels, a moonroof, a kickin' sound system, a quality interior that looks a lot more expensive than it is, and all around solid styling and materials. My view of this car maybe a little bias as I went from an old straight 6 cylinder Mercedes Benz to this 4 cylinder Scion. Being low geared, it's set up for acceleration and thats pretty much all it has. It's either leaving you dead at the stop light (manual newbie) or screaming because of the high RPM. The stereo system is quite decent considering it's factory, just needs a little bass upgrade. Seats are comfortable if your under 6' tall. Back seats recline and fold down for added trunk storage. This car is also very easy to upgrade, kind of like a Honda Civic but without the insurance benefits. Jan 05, 2008

My son (age 22 at the time) bought a Scion after getting his first job. He brought it over the house when he first got it. I took it for a spin and liked how it handled. It was a quick little package, although, it's not quite my cup of tea. It's a little too compact for my taste, but I did like the power and economy it offered. my emergency brake light keeps coming on everytime i shift in 1st and 2nd gears.why is it doing this. Lately its beginning to do it in 3rd gear too.
2006 scion tc 40,000 miles manual transmission when i shift my car from neutral to 1st gear, or from 1st to second gear; the emergency brake light on the dashboard comes on as the rpms get around 2500-3000 and then it goes off when i shift up to the next gear. It doesnt really do it in 3rd (although it has happened a few times) and it has never done it in 4th or 5th. I'm going to take it to the dealer to get it looked at but i was wondering if maybe you guys knew what could be causing this. Is it something serious or just some computer malfunction thats no biggie? thanks bruce
