I said its worth 16,000 on KBB. Went home and received a call saying they could do 16,000 on my trade. I said i would think about it and look around a bit. 10 days later they dropped the price so i went back in to talk again. They said that my trade appraisal was not in the system and that they would only give me 13,000 for the ram. I said its woth 16,000. They showed me the KBB print out and first thing i noticed was that there were no options on the sheet. I called them out on it and they said 13,000 was all they would do. The next day i received a call asking if i had seen the pathfinder yet and if i was still interested. I told him i was in the day before and did not have a good experience and felt disrespected. He said he would look in to what happened and call me back that day. He never did. They are not trust worth and very disrespectful."
