Dealers let me test drive vehicle and and were courteous. Good selection and pricing.

The experience at dealer's place was average. Dealership was more interested for me to make a decision on the final cost or numbers without actually showing the car or allowing for a test drive. Though the associate was polite, there is no point in doing business, when they do not have patience to help customers.

Nice people but didn’t like the car!

I found this dealership a pleasure to work with. Fast response to my inquiry, the car was Immaculate inside and out. They accommodated My schedule for a test drive, my mechanic check, And finalization of the sale. This dealer would be My first choice whenever I shop for another car.

Even though the car sold it the people before me, they called to update me. Which I greatly appreciated.

They did contact me but after asking them for a few photos (still no photo on CarGurus) and a question about the timing belt, I never heard back from them after that.

Contacted dealer viA cargurus, went next morning for test drive. Went inside to talk numbers and sales associate said there was a mistake and that price was going to be higher than the cargurus price. We did not reach a deal. Today i get an email from car gurus that the price is now dropped over $800. I call the dealership and am told again that it is a mistake and they cannot honor the car gurus price.

This dealer has sent me a bunch of emails and marketing and not answered my question of the price of the vehicle I enquired about.

Lots of communication through emails with two reps, but no deal was made in the end. I was invited to test drive the vehicle, but when I contacted them the next day to make an appointment, I was told that the car had been “recently sold”. Hmmmmm. The 2 stars are basically for their timely responses and polite emails, otherwise I’m all set with this dealership.

After going to multiple dealerships and not always being treated with respect or kindness (assuming because I was pre-approved from my bank so I did not need outside financing) I found the perfect car here and Phil P was awesome, he was kind and so helpful. I want to thank Phil and the rest of the staff for their kindness and willingness for a seamless transaction!

Terrible, I called at 3:30 and was told the car was still available. Made an appointment for 5:00, waited until 5:30, and then was told the car was sold a little over an hour ago.

Dealer answered all my questions and was ok with 3rd party inspection but the vehicle sold before I could arrange inspection.

Moe was excellent and very knowledgeable about the vehicle, we will certainly purchase from Prudential Auto Leasing again.

They did took my info. But they havent call or txt back if I did get approved. So I don't know what's going on. They have nice trucks. But I think they won't work with people that are self-employed working from home. But I see they ran my credit score. Cause it showed up my phone. So I don't know if they are gonna call back see if I got approved or not.

This vehicle sold out underneath me. Poor communication within the organization. Salesman didn’t even offer another choice or offer to find another vehicle to sell me. Need better customer service and customer focus!

I was contacted quickly. Agent knew everything about the vehicle. I was unable to follow through because my mother took a fall that evening. I will highly consider buying a car from JJ's in the very near future.
