What owners say

AI Summary · 7 reviews

"The 2003 Porsche Cayenne receives high praise from owners for its impressive performance, especially in terms of acceleration and handling. Reviewers love the driving experience, highlighting how fun and agile it is despite its size. However, many note that it comes with a hefty price tag, and off-road capabilities, while good, may not satisfy serious off-road enthusiasts. The interior is also appreciated for its quality, but the cost factor is a common concern."

Very capable on AND off-road. Great performance. Acceleration and handling were great. I drove this vehicle AND the Turbo version upon invitation by Porsche when the vehicles were first introduced. Porsche had it set up at Pomona Fairgrounds with a short asphalt course and an off road course to demonstrate the vehicles' off-road capabilities. These vehicles are very capable on AND off-road. But then there is the cost. The standard version was great in acceleration and the Turbo was Stunning.

If you want a fast, comfortable, reliable and agile car that can carry a full family plus luggage, look no further. The Air Suspension is a must, ditch the spare wheel for the bass booster and tire repair kit (come with an electric air pump under the passenger seat). It is actually fun to drive fast despite its elephantic weight, you will tire the brakes and tires quickly though. Not great off-road capabilities but good enough for most.
