2002 Accord battery wont stay charged
New battery and alternator, but the battery is not getting anything from the alternator. Is there a fuse to solve this problem?

This car had power and great handling for when you wanted to get on it on the highway a bit. It also has an unbeatable honda vtec engine which didnt cause me any problems at all the whole time i owned the car.Oct 14, 2013

Overall good car, runs great no problems and gets good gas mileage, wish
i had the v6 version though. I hear some of them have transmission issues

The Accord coupe is a good blend of style and functionality. The 3.0 v6 provides quick acceleration while delivering 20mpg city and around 30 hwy. Provided one performs proper maintenance they will be rewarded with Honda's typical reliability. The back seats are surprisingly spacious for a coupe. The EX is quite well equipped with a 6 disc changer, cassette, leather seats, traction control, rear defrost and a sunroof.Oct 28, 2011

Not too shabby...fun to drive..burns a fair amount of oil if you`re always in v-tec and engine only has 42K km`s now..other than that it works great! v-tec pulls harder than american/canadian F23A4`s and cam is a bit bigger but it bolts up to the same trannyFeb 05, 2011

This is some what of a sporty car but not really, really
comfortable car for the driver but not for the people in the
back seat. performance is decent but the quality is really

This car gives me about 420 miles to a full tank of gas, 4 cyl SOHC Vtech looks of room inside and i think it has a good look to it, its fun to drive too. i dont have anything else to say.Mar 06, 2010

The car is lowered, has aftermarket rims, lambo doors, has decent performance, handles nicely, spacious. the interior is always clean and there is a custom tuned/built sound system to match.

i-Vtec K24 beefy motor. Quality of this car shows and is rigid. Low HP for it's size but it's for economic use. Very easy to maintain and doesn't drain wallet. Very fun car to drive around town showing off it's sleek looks.Aug 01, 2009

Don't let the 4 cylinder fool you. It's got more than enough power to rival some 6 cyl out there and it has really good fuel economy. The car has 250 000 km (150 000 Mi) on it right now and drives like it was new, no joke. No rattles, nothing loose. Can we say HONDA! They're usually more expensive than the competition, but they also hold their value. Maintenance programs have changed at Honda, which considerably dropped the price of keeping it running good, for example oil changes every 8000 km (5000 Mi). If you want a car that is both comfortable and handles great, it just might be the one for you...Oct 01, 2008

Es buen carro aguanta mucho y con cambiarle el aceite dura bastante. Vino con 170 hp que lo mueven bastante bien con motor 2.2l v-tech. costo de como 30,000. es bueno pa guiar porque responde a lo que uno le mande. Definitely uses too much gasoline, other than that, I love it! It does seem to run a bit on the loud side, not quite the same as the sewing machine engine noise of the four cylinder model. It seems a bit like a tank, I feel very safe driving this car. Love the way it handles , I only wish it was a five or six speed instead of an automatic, although there is still plenty of power even in the automatic. Other than the fact that I think this car must have been assembled on a long weekend when everyone was drunk/hungover I love it. Especially with the bodykit and rims...
But, According to Honda. it's perfectly normal for a new engine to go through 1L of oil every 1500KM. And when mine was going thru 1L every 1000km they didn't do anything. And when the bearing on the crank finally let go and blew the motor, the dealership said that my airfilter was too clogged and that's what blew the motor... So I had to pay for and install a new motor in the car.
Other than that, wheel bearings went at 110,000Km, rack and pinion went around the same time. (of course just AFTER i decide that it'd be a good idea to take highway 1 through BC. Man were my arms sore, cuz of course I didn't wanna go slow.)

I have an ad for a 2002 Honda Accord SE Coupe. The Cargurus ad indicates this vehicle was in 2 accidents. What is the basis for this information? The vehicle was purchased by us in Oct 2018, and at that time, there was a clean Carfax report, i.e., no accident history. We have not had any accidents since that time. How do we get this resolved? This adversely affects our ability to sell the car.

I need help with my 2002 Honda Accord
I have a 2002 Honda accord coupe. It will idle fine, and will start and drive no problem. but after a few miles it will start to jerk and stall out, the security light will come on and the car will stall out. If i stop and put the car in neutral the car will just idle like nothing is wrong. I have already replaced the main relay, the ignition switch, and the fuel pump. i have also put all new fuses in as well. I am completely at a loss here...

What's the proper tire pressure?
I'm not what the proper tire pressure for my car is, or if it even matters that much. The panel on the door says 29 psi. The tires say they can take up to 44 psi. Every other car I've driven has been 35 psi and the Honda dealership where I took it for maintenance filled the tires to 35 psi. Where should I keep it? Does it matter? What are the advantages and disadvantages of higher/lower pressures?
