What would cause my 2002 silverado to increase idle after start up. It idles fine for 2 - 3 seconds, then full throttle red lines the tach. It will go for 1k rpm to 6k almost immediately...please help...
Stock alternator 105 or 130 amp?
Yes my radio stopped after my battery died. But the back radio still works with headphones why is that? What do I do to fix it?
I have an 02 1500HD with a 6.0 in it. I have replaced a bunch of atuff on this truck from brake lines to pads and rotors to calipers and oil pan gasket and of course the ever famous water pump. However, now I have coolant leaking from an aluminum hose at the top of my radiator on the drivers side. When I call to get the part I am told there is NO ALUMINUM hose that goes to my radiator so either I am blind or I simply don't know what a radiator is
So my fiancé changed the spark plugs. And now the problem is still there but a little worse and a service engine light has come on, and it flashes when I accelerate. Its stuttering when accelerating and still idling hard. Any Ideas?
