I have a 2001 Hyundai accent with the 1.5 l single overhead cam I need to change valve seals in it and in order to do that I have to pull the cam I need the torque specs and the bolt pattern for unbolting the can caps I can find everything for a 1.6 but I can find nothing for a 1.5 please help thank you and if possible please send me pictures that way I can physically see thank you
I live in Denver, CO and my car is a good car I just have major problems getting my key to turn whenever it is in the 40° and below temps! I have to sit in the cold and continuously keep playing with it while my foot has the clutch pressed down and I'm freezing while getting closer to being late for work! So the car never has a chance to warm up because whenever it feels like it's ready to turn for me it has already taken me at least 45 min!!! OMG what do I do?? HELP PLEASE!!!
My car just had a light go on that reads, "OD Off". What does that mean? What can I do to make the light turn off?
, and I just replaced the fuel pump and filter, replaced the cam sensor i turn the key and i hear the IAC clicking, I dont wanna through a 200 IAC sensor at it, before i can test to confirm. but i dont hear the fuel pump. starter cranks/ engines turning, new battery. I've tested each individual coils, plugs for resistance, and spark plugs within specs. ive replaced the fuel pump relay, i can take my power probe 3 to the relay and put power to the pump and the pump and wires too it is good, but for some reason when i turn the key it just cranks, and fuel pump wont pump. I've sprayed starter fluid into the intake while cranking and it does sputter/ turn over for a few cycles. I'm lost, hate diagnosis' electrical, maybe a inline fuse or is their a fuel shut off button, like when you get into an accident it shuts off the fuel that i dont know about? or maybe the key ignition idk lost, any ideas would be greatly appreciated
I have a 2001 Hyundai Accent 1.6l engine. It's cranking but not starting. I have replaced the crankshaft sensor, camshaft sensor, plugs, wires, ignition coil, fuel pump, and fuel filter. I couldn't hear the fuel pump engage. Still nothing. A friend hooked up a computer and got a crankshaft sensor error, so I got another one and put it in. Disconnected the battery to reset the computer. After hooking the battery back up and spraying some starter fluid, I almost got it to start. I could now hear the fuel pump engage and after turning the ignition on and off 3 or 4 times to build fuel pressure, and trying to start the car I am back to no sound from the fuel pump. What could be causing the crankshaft sensor and fuel pump to not work? I am at a complete loss.
