The year 2000 introduced the 100,000-mile, no tune-up package with their four-cylinder engines. All six-cylinder models, as well as all EX models, come equipped with side airbags. To the eye, there is not much excitement to the Accord exterior design. This is immediately remedied with a spacious, comfortable and well-designed interior. With standard features and quality we have come to expect from Honda, this car is in the top of its class.

Great vehicle for anyone! Acceleration, brakes and handling are great. Car is fun to drive. Cargo capacity is great. Great power. In my opinion, this is one of the best build Accords! Back seats have spacious room. We get 24-26 mpg on highway, which is good for a V6.Feb 16, 2015

i love this car its my first car i can enjoy the ride my parents know its a safe car for
me. build quality is terrific. i drove through water and got some in my engine and
only broke the ICY and that was really easy to fix. I've been T-boned and the car
saved my life i love this car i couldn't ask for a better one. plus this car is a blast to

its a 2000 honda accord with 200000 miles but runs like it has 50miles ,very clean car,gold in color,anti theft system,leather seats,alarm system,sunroof...it has everything except a navigation system.good breaks,nice tires ...no engine leaks,AC works like new....the honda accord runs well and has no issuesAug 08, 2012

A very reliable car. We used it for family. Wife used it to take the kids to and from school. We purchased it new and only had to replace the transmission at about 75k miles. It should be good for another 75k miles easily.Feb 13, 2012

Overall the car is great it does what you want, when you want it. It is great for long road trips and built very well. Handling is what you would expect from a Honda or a sedan in this price range; it has a little bit of body roll.Jan 05, 2012

Great gas mileage. Been doing the routing maintenance as needed and haven't had any real issues. Power windows, power locks, radio/cassette all work. This Honda hasn't been any different than any other we have ever bought, they just go and go and go. Nov 13, 2011

simple and one of a kind, cheap to maintain and fun to drive. of course it has the honda sickness of paint oxidation. with the 4 door size and still have the feeling of a saloon/touring car, its one of the most comfortable, fun, and fuel efficient cars that i've driven, despite my way of driving.Nov 07, 2011

A very under rated car.
Dirt cheap now, so some real bargains to be had.
It may 'only' have just over 200 brake at the fly but it can use all of those
horses to goo effect.

Excellent bang for the buck. A decent amount of fun when you rev the heck out of
it. Pretty good handling. Remarkable cargo capacity, roomy for hauling
friends/family. Surprisingly great stereo system, annoy everyone around you with
the stock subs. Never had to do any serious maintenance.120000 miles and still

The body styling isn't bad. Cheap to maintain. Never had any problems with the car. Interior is very comfortable for all passengers, plenty of leg room. It's not the funnest car to drive. I thing the apperande of the exterior & interior styling is so good for me it has a huge body but not look so big and it has a sport look, and also it is so much fun to drive this car however handling can sometimes be a problem bur braking is good acceleration is ok :) but the max speed is soo good excitingJul 04, 2010

For being a honda this car is incredibly peppy. The v6 roars under vtec with the
addition of an intake and sounds amazing. Only thing is that th e4cyl accord should

This car has been the best. I got it in 2000 brand new with only 2 miles on it. It currently has 316,000 and it still runs great!! This car has reached a Top speed of 138mph and still looks great!!! performance and gas milage from the Vtec 4cyl.

well there's no power, so not much acceleration. but amazing brakes and quite good handing for a sedan (with the right tires)

This car is very easy to drive and the brakes are responsive. I have had the scheduled work done and have had no additional repairs. The car is economical to drive, but since it is a larger, better performing car than my Civic was it does cost more to operate. I'll stick with my V-6 Accord. I love my car and will be staying with Honda for the rest of my life. I have to admit though, the year of this car the transmission sucks. Gas mileage would be better if I got some better tires. The maintenance has become easier because my fiance can do the work. It has Amsoil in it and that helps in the cars aging. The car is absolutely awesome in cornering.Oct 07, 2008

Best built car, timewise. After eight years of service, it still works like a champ. Honda makes great cars. I hope to keep this car for another four years and when the time comes, look into another Honda. If you are looking for an affordable, fuel efficient, low emissions vehicle, Honda is the way to go. It is my first car. I got it with 126k miles, for me it has great performance, though I wish it had better acceleration. It looks like a very nice car for a sixteen year old to have, and the inside is nice, not leather though, I replaced the head unit so I could get more/better speakers.
