I have had this accord for a week and absolutely have nothing bad to say about it, it rides great, saves money on fuel and if it lasts like the stories I've heard about Honda's I may be a life long Honda owner.Feb 14, 2012

Honda Accord Coupe is not the most common Honda models
in our region. It's nice mix of family car and sports car.
Acceleration and handling are a perfect mixture of best sides
from American, Japanese and European cars.
Build quality is HIGH.
Gas mileage is in quite nice level, though there is 3.0 litres V6
engine in this car. Service costs are in reasonable level.

Performance - amazing, handles well and very fast
Quality - mechanics completely sound when kept up to date
Appearance - absolutely beautiful and sleek style
Cost - expensive for parts but well worth it in the end

Fun to drive car that was amazingly reliable. Had 100,000 miles and had zero problems. Handling was excellent, car looked great with tinted windows and new Enkei rims and Toyo tires (my wife and son got them for me for Father's Day). Hated to get rid of it!Feb 10, 2009

This was my second Accord Coupe, so that should tell you something right off the bat. I loved the look of this car from the day it came out, and think it still looks pretty good for being 10 years old. It's the V6, so it makes about 200 HP. It's a fun and sporty drive, but not high performance by any stretch. Still, for being pretty sporty it gets about 30 mpg on the highway, and 23-24 mpg around town, if I behave and don't stomp on it too much.
A couple of negatives for the car: The power windows seem to be weak. I have had two driver's side failures and one passenger side. At $600 a pop to fix, that gets old pretty fast. The other issue is that the clearcoat on the roof of the car is failing. Estimate from the paint shop is about $1000 to fix.
I have put 130,000 miles on this car in 10 years. I put 160,000 on my first Accord, a 1989 coupe. If you are looking for an affordable, fun to drive, dependable automobile, you can do no better than the cars of Honda. Oct 06, 2008

This is actually my wife's car, but oh well. This car has been great to her and me and I hope to have this car for many years to come. It is a little sluggish on steep hills, but then again so are most four cylinders. I have had it up to 135 mph and it handles like a dream. Gets great gas mileage and is comfortable to drive/ride in.Sep 06, 2008

Performance- accelerates quickly, and has a lot of
get up and go. This car is easy to handle.
Build- Psh reparing a honda? Unheard of!
Appearance- This car is a knock off of the NSX so it
has a sleek, and sophisticated body style that is
very arrow dynamic. The interior is just as sleek and
the controls are simple.
Cost of ownership- Meh. Gas mileage could be
better, but it does well for a V6. This is a low
maintenance car.
Overall- This car is attractive to the eye and fun to
drive.

I have a 99 Honda Accord LX poop 2.3 I'm having overheating issues. I've changed the thermostat I bleed the air out of the system a couple times I've cleaned my radiator or tried to like flush it out I've change the fluids in it I checked all the hoses and everything thing power like it should why is my car still overheating can anybody help me
