It looks pretty decent with my alloys on it, large tyres means it grips ok too. But it really lacks any stability; the suspension feels kinda past it. The engine is a complete wet lettuce, lacking torque accross the whole range and has a pathetic top end as well. It also rounds rough, boring, old and unrefined. The brake discs need replacing so the pedal shakes a LOT when braking from high speeds.Jul 03, 2009

classic first car material, good on the mpg, rattles, bangs and goes on and on...its not fast, its not good looking but its really cheap to run and u can always find one in the scrapper or dumped on a hard shoulder if you need spares! 1300 pushrod engine from the ford ka, been around for ages and runs off a chain..bottom line, its the definitive Ford.
