gets no power when you turn to start

Clicking noise behind steering or by fuse panel ??

I have a 1993 oldsmobile 88 royale ...When I start my car on a hot day my car clicks when I shift it into gear . When I put it back in park clicking stops . And when I drive it . sometimes clicks again for few seconds like about 30 sec. . There are no relays below dash . So I really need help here . So I got one Disj enrich 30 amp. Waiting for other to come in store. I hope it's only That problem. Heres what I bought . In picture

I have replaced the Coil's, and it still just turns and turns,

I'm having a timing issue

I have no idea what to do just know I have a timing issue please help with things I will need to do or possibilities

Car will not start or turns off while driving

Most times the car will start, I drive to a store, and then when I come out it will not start - i wait about 20 minutes and sometimes it starts and sometimes it does not. Also, sometimes when it starts after setting this time, then when I drive home, it will turn off while driving. i hear a clicking sound. Help.
